This pulp magazine focused on gangsters, guns, molls and stories of gang life, and made its debut in May 1936. It came from Winford Publications, an arm of Columbia Publications, the same folks that brought you Double-Action Detective Magazine, Double-Action Western Magazine, Detective Yarns, Black Hood Detective, Future Fantasy and Science Fiction, Western Yarns, Sky Raiders and quite a few others. The magazine closed after 16 issues, with the October 1939 issue. Double Action Gang returns in these vintage pulp tales, reissued for today’s readers in electronic format.
