Thanks for Releasing Calling All Cars. I have this series on cassette and was disappointed by the sound quality. I'm glad to see that you found a source of ETs of the shows.

As always, the restoration work done by Radio Archives is second-to-none. The service is efficient and the best value for money in the field.
As to the series itself, Calling All Cars is a fascinating look at the police in the USA in the 1930s and sometimes earlier. On occasions dramatizing events just days after they happened, it has stood the test of time very well I think. The acting and production values are surprisingly slick and smoothe for the era.
It also gives us a glimpse into the political situation, and the attempt to fight back against the crime wave after the chaos of prohibition and while trying to haul the country out of the great depression. Not a small part of that was clearly winning back public sympathy for the forces of law and order, and Calling All Cars does this very well I think.
I highly recommend the entire series, and of course the tremendous service of radioarchives.
