Audio Clip

Radio Preservation has always been at the core of Radio Archives. This exciting series is derived from our massive collection of thirty thousand radio shows from 16" transcription discs and fifty thousand shows from low generation reels.

This 20 hour collection includes shows from the classic days of Radio. You'll find rare and obscure as well as mainstream radio shows from the 1930s, 1940s, and 1950s in the Radio Archives Treasures sets.

These shows have all been restored with state-of-the-art CEDAR technology - the audio processing system used by major recording companies to restore older recordings. We expect the shows to be the best sounding copies available anywhere.

Radio Archives Treasures are available as MP3 digital downloads or Audio CDs, restored to sparkling digital quality.

5 of 5 From the Vaults of Radio Archives May 28, 2022
Reviewer: Richard McLeod from RIVERSIDE, CA United States
I can't recommend this 8 Volume series too highly.  I have purchased 2 sets of the 8 Volumes available thus far, and find each one only more fascinating than the previous one.  For any fan of rarely heard early radio shows (some from the early 1930's) form the Golden Age of Radio, these 8 Volumes are a must for any collection. The audio and tonal quality has been restored by the staff at Radio Archives, and probably better than when initially broadcast.  Certainly as good!  The audio and tonal quality, from my experience cannot be found with the pristine clarity found with each of these unique and varied shows, even those from the early 1930's. Colorful artwork adorns each set and was commissioned for each Volume in this set from the vaults of Radio Archives, that to my knowledge have never been released or available before.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
